The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £42,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. Role Purpose Support the Amazon business by managing complex Amazon Order-to-Cash (O2C) deduction processes while acting as a key partner to the Amazon Customer Development team. The role focuses on the end-to-end Amazon deductions process, including reviewing invoice deductions, investigating claims, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. Working closely with Customer Development, Finance and Genpact, you will help drive improved cash recovery, operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
