We are seeking an Amazon Connect Engineer/Lead Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable AWS platforms. The role covers voice, chat, IVR, and assisted service, including integrations with customer application and LivePerson. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards. This client facing role requires strong AWS expertise and stakeholder engagement to enhance customer experience.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect based omni channel contact center solutions* Build and manage contact flows, IVR, routing strategies, queues, and agent experiences (CCP/UI)* Develop Back End integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, andamp; REST APIs* Implement AI/ML driven automation using Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, Transcribe, Kendra services* Support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and DevOps practices* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise ..... full job details .....
