Amazon & E-Commerce Growth Manager (Hands-On)

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Monday – Friday

 

We’re working with a growing food manufacturing business looking to hire a hands-on Amazon & E-Commerce specialist to take full ownership of online sales performance.

This is a standalone, high-impact role focused on driving revenue, with clear progression to build and lead a small team.

 

The Role

You will own Amazon performance end-to-end while supporting wider online growth across DTC and paid social channels.

This is a role for someone who has personally delivered results, not managed agencies or sat at a strategic level.

 

Key Responsibilities

Amazon (Primary Focus)

• Full ownership of Amazon performance
• Optimisation of listings, keywords, content and pricing
• Management and optimisation of PPC campaigns
• Driving ranking, visibility and revenue growth

E-Commerce Performance

• Improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV)
• Develop offers, bundles and pricing strategies
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

Paid Social (Supporting Channel)

• Support revenue growth via paid social (TikTok, Facebook)
• Test and optimise campaigns focused on ROI
• Work closely with content support (future hire)

Data & Commercial Focus

• Analyse performance across all channels
• Translate data into clear commercial actions
• Own results and revenue performance

 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of personally growing Amazon or e-commerce revenue
• Hands-on operator, comfortable working independently
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on ROI and performance
• Experience with paid social as a revenue channel (not just engagement)
