About the role: Are you an experienced volunteer engagement professional passionate about creating meaningful opportunities that connect people, strengthen communities and deliver lasting impact? Join Imperial''s Alumni Engagement team and play a central role in supporting and growing a vibrant global volunteer community of over 275,000 alumni. You''ll help connect alumni with opportunities to support students, strengthen affinity networks and contribute to Imperial''s Science for Humanity strategy and fundraising campaign. What you would be doing: As Alumni Engagement Volunteer Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Imperial''s alumni volunteer engagement programme, ensuring volunteers have an outstanding experience and are supported throughout their journey. You will: Recruit, onboard and support alumni volunteers across Imperial''s affinity networks and student-facing initiatives. Build strong relationships with volunteer leaders, alumni, colleagues and stakeholders across Imperial. Coordinate volunteering opportunities, maintaining a central database and promoting opportunities through Imperial''s alumni platforms. Deliver volunteer training workshops, webinars and resources to equip volunteers for success. Support alumni involvement in mentoring programmes, speaker events, panels and other student engagement activities.
