The below job description will outline this position of Aluminium Welder / Fabricator. Typically, this person will be an experienced Welder / Fabricator with strong aluminium welding experience, capable of working from technical drawings and supporting marine engineering projects within a workshop and site-based environment. Duties and responsibilities of the Aluminium Welder / Fabricator will be: - Carrying out MIG and MMA welding on aluminium and steel components. - Fabricating components and structures from technical drawings. - Working with aluminium and steel materials to the required specifications. - Inspecting completed welds and fabrications to ensure they meet the required quality standards. - Carrying out welding and fabrication work safely and efficiently within workshop and site-based environments. - Supporting wider marine engineering and fabrication tasks when required. - Maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all projects.
