Aluminium Order Processor

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on behalf of an established and successful business within the aluminium window and door industry, who are looking to recruit an experienced Aluminium Order Processor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aluminium Order Processor to join a busy and established business where you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring everything is correct before progressing through to production. The role would suit someone who has a strong background within the window, door or fenestration industry, with good knowledge of aluminium products and experience working in an order processing or customer service environment. The Role As an Aluminium Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to production. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, sales and production teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered within agreed timescales. Key responsibilities will include: Processing aluminium window and door orders from enquiry through to production. Checking specifications, measurements and order details for accuracy. Inputting orders onto relevant industry software and systems. Producing and checking order confirmations. Liaising with customers to clarify specifications and resolve queries.
