Aluminium Factory Manager

Our client is a well-established aluminium fabrication business based in Ellesmere Port and is seeking an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager to lead and oversee production operations.This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience within aluminium fabrication and glazing systems.The Role:Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production outputManage and lead a shop floor team of approximately 17 operativesEnsure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are metSupervise fabrication of Windows, Doors, and Curtain Wall systemsWork closely with senior fabrication staff and technical teamsImplement and improve production processes and efficienciesEnsure health and safety compliance across the factoryLiaise with management, suppliers, and project teams as requiredThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in a Factory Manager / Production Manager role within aluminium fabricationStrong background in windows, doors, and curtain wall systemsExperience managing shop floor teams and senior fabricatorsGood technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret drawingsConfident using technical systems and Windows-based softwareStrong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skillsWhat''s on Offer:Competitive salary of 40,000 - 50,000Stable, long-term position with a growing businessOpportunity to take ownership of factory operations and make a real impactIf you''re an experienced aluminium professional looking for your next ..... full job details .....
