This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work 1:1 with students who require additional support to engage with education and achieve positive outcomes. As an Alternative Provision Tutor, you will support learners who may be out of mainstream education, Children Looked After (CLA), or those with SEND, SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, anxiety, or other barriers to learning. You will deliver personalised Functional Skills and Life Skills sessions designed around each student''s individual needs, abilities and goals. Working in homes, community settings, children''s homes or alternative provisions, you will create engaging learning experiences that promote confidence, independence and academic progress.
