The provision focuses on creating a supportive and structured environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally.The provision is looking for an Alternative Provision Teacher for both short-term and long-term opportunities. The successful Alternative Provision Teacher will support pupils with SEMH needs, delivering engaging lessons while managing behaviour effectively and building positive relationships to encourage participation and progress.The successful Alternative Provision Teacher will have: QTS, QTLS or relevant teaching qualificationExperience teaching within an Alternative Provision, SEMH or similar settingExperience supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviourExcellent classroom and behaviour managementA resilient and adaptable approachStrong communication and relationship-building skills In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants ..... full job details .....
