This is an exciting opportunity to bring your sports expertise into education, engaging children while supporting their learning and wellbeing.What You''ll Be DoingAs part of our AP support team, you will:Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.Incorporate sport, physical activity, and coaching techniques to boost engagement, motivation, and emotional regulation.Support behaviour and wellbeing using trauma-informed, restorative, and nurturing approaches.Assist in classroom learning and alternative education activities, adapting tasks and celebrating progress.Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and AP coordinators to deliver tailored support.Champion safeguarding and wellbeing, prioritising safety and emotional health of pupils.What We''re Looking ForWe are seeking individuals who are:Passionate about supporting children in AP settings through both education and sportCalm, patient, and able to build trusting relationships with pupils who may ..... full job details .....
