Alternative Provision Practitioner
PET-Xi Training is seeking experienced and passionate Alternative Provision Practitioners to work with Primary and Key Stage 3 and 4 learners who require a bespoke and supportive educational approach.This is a self-employed, sub-contractor role, delivering Maths and English up to GCSE level within alternative provision settings.The Role :The primary Student Practitioner will work directly with primary ages pupils who require Alternative Provision due to behavioural, emotional, social , medical or other complex needs. The role involves supporting pupils to engage positively with learning, develop social and emotional skills, improve attendance and behaviour, and achieve positive outcomes.The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, promote inclusion, and contribute to a safe, nurturing , and trauma-informed learning environment.Working with KS3 and KS4 students you will be responsible for planning and delivering engagement, differentiated Maths and English sessions to small groups or individual leaners, many of whom may face barriers to mainstream education. You will play a vital role in supporting academic progress, engagement and personal development.
