This service takes a personalised and flexible approach, delivering education and support within home, school, and community settings, with referrals coming through the Local Authority, Children s Services, and their AP / Alternative Provision network.The service is looking to take on a dedicated Alternative Provision Mentor on a long-term basis, starting ASAP, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. The successful Alternative Provision Mentor will be matched to young people via an expression of interest following an initial referral, ensuring the right support is put in place.
