Many of the students in this setting experience barriers to mainstream education, including ADHD, ASD, and mild-to-moderate behavioural needs. Your goal will be to use sport and physical activity as a vehicle to build trust, improve engagement, foster teamwork, and boost student self-esteem.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Inclusive Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive PE and outdoor activity sessions tailored to pupils with varied physical abilities and distinct behavioural needs.Promote Positive Behaviour: Utilise effective de-escalation strategies, emotional resilience, and therapeutic approaches to manage classroom and activity behaviour constructively.Mentorship and Engagement: Look beyond challenging behaviours to build strong, professional rapport with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4) students.Track Progress: Monitor student participation, personal development, and attitudes toward physical ..... full job details .....
