Role Overview  Supporting learners accessing Elmtree Learning Partnership to achieve success in an educational environment, without increasing any attainment gap already present as a result of challenges to succeed.  The role will be to support and lead learning activities in supporting learners that have special educational needs (SEND) surrounding SEMH. The support in this setting is largely on a 1:1 basis working in close collaboration with the other support staff.
