Champion Inclusion. Lead with Purpose. Elmtree Learning Partnership is seeking an exceptional and dedicated Site Lead to join our growing Alternative Provision for secondary-aged learners. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people to re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes. Working closely with the SLT you will play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the provision, ensuring students receive high-quality educational and pastoral support in a safe, nurturing, and aspirational environment. About the Role The Site Lead will support the effective day-to-day running of the provision and contribute to the development of high-quality educational experiences for all learners. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the referral and induction process for new students. Coordinating and contributing to Annual Reviews and ongoing reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of individual learning plans and personalised targets.
