The school is seeking a supportive and patient individual who can help provide a positive and inclusive learning environment for a pupil with behavioural needs.The school is looking to take on an ALN Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful ALN Teaching Assistant will provide one-to-one support for a child with behavioural needs who may leave the classroom, helping them to regulate their behaviour, re-engage with learning and access appropriate activities throughout the school day.The successful ALN Teaching Assistant will have: Experience working with children in a primary school or similar educational settingExperience supporting children with behavioural needsExperience providing one-to-one supportConfidence supporting a child both inside and outside of the classroomA patient and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skills In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy ..... full job details .....
