This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with additional learning needs and making a positive impact on their educational journey. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of additional learning needs. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring pupils receive high-quality education, individualised support and opportunities to achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the individual needs of learners with ALN. Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD and social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, ALNCOs and other school staff to support pupil progress.
