The Role

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to ALN/SEND pupils
* Support learners with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to support progress and engagement
* Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider support staff
* Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and report on pupil progress

Who We''re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with ALN/SEND pupils is desirable but not essential
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
