Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a primary school setting?
Academics Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated ALN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Cardiff. We are an established and respected education recruitment agency working with a wide range of schools throughout South Wales.

• Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis with ALN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning strategies.

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

• Contribute to the educational and social development of pupils, encouraging engagement and independence.

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or ALN settings

• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential.

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Academics).

• Competitive daily pay rates: -83.50 - -90.00 per day (including holiday pay).
