      <description>Location: South Glamorgan | Salary: 82.00-82.00 Daily | Type: Temporary | TeacherActive is proud to be working with a ALN school in Cardiff, supporting with their recruitment for a ALN Learning Support Assistant / LSA. The setting is centred on pupil s development, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills. The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right ALN LSA. The successful ALN Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
