The school promotes a supportive and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil wellbeing.The school is looking to appoint an ALN Support Teaching Assistant on a long-term temporary basis, starting immediately. The successful ALN Support Teaching Assistant will be working within the STF class, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs, assisting with learning activities and helping to manage behaviour in a positive and structured way.The successful ALN Support Teaching Assistant will have:• Experience working with children with ALN within a school or similar setting• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification• Strong understanding of supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD or learning difficulties• A patient and resilient approach to behaviour management• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• A can-do attitude and willingness to support across the classroomIn return for the above you can ..... full job details .....
