This is primarily a remote role, with occasional office attendance required for training and equipment collection.You will be responsible for managing housing allocations, carrying out eligibility and suitability checks, maintaining accurate records, and providing advice and support to customers in housing need.Key ResponsibilitiesAllocate social housing in line with relevant housing legislation and policies.Manage shortlists generated through the Choice Based Lettings system.Complete pre-offer checks and suitability assessments.Provide housing advice and support to applicants.Maintain accurate case records and update housing management systems.Work closely with internal teams, housing providers, and partner agencies.Support vulnerable customers and help achieve positive housing outcomes.About YouExperience ...
