As an Allocations and Letting Officer you will be: Allocating bpha''s Social and Affordable rental properties in line with our allocations policies and local authority nomination agreements. Assessing applicant suitability by reviewing housing need, affordability, and previous tenancy conduct. Minimising rent loss by ensuring efficient turnaround of vacant properties. Processing tenancy changes in accordance with legislation, contractual rights, and bpha policies. Putting customers at the heart of our services-build trust and use your expertise to support their needs.
