Role Purpose:As a Housing and Lettings Officer, you will play a vital role in:Allocating council and registered provider homes based on the Housing Act 1996.Managing our choice-based lettings system for permanent homes.Matching applicants with special needs and providing essential housing advice. Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning: Utilise your knowledge of housing laws to support customers effectively.Operations and Support: Coordinate the advertising of void properties and verify applicant details.Communication and Partnership: Build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
