Allocation and Verification Team Manager (PO5)

Job Purpose: One of my local government clients is looking for a dynamic and experienced Allocation and Verification Team Manager (PO5) to manage a key service ensuring fair and effective access to housing across the borough. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development, coordination, and management of the Allocation and Verification Service Ensure optimal use of housing stock in line with Lambeth Council policies and Part VI of the 1996 Housing Act Manage medical assessments, new housing initiatives, and exceptions cases Lead a high-performing team within the housing department, ensuring compliance, quality, and performance targets are met Requirements: Significant experience managing housing allocation or verification services within a local authority setting Strong working knowledge of Part VI of the 1996 Housing Act Experience handling medical assessments, exceptions, and special housing cases Enhanced DBS is required (ESSENTIAL) If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd. ..... full job details .....
