This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of housing legislation, particularly Part VI of the Housing Act 1996. You''ll be responsible for managing the Allocation and Verification Service, including medical assessment functions, overseeing exception cases, and supporting new housing initiatives - ensuring the best use of local housing stock in line with council policies and statutory duties. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective allocation of staff, budgets, and resources.
