Alliances Manager

Alliances Manager Location: Western Europe. Remote working. Salary: GBP90,000 - GBP110,000 per year Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Fridays, 8.30am - 3pm. Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Alliances Manager to join their ever-expanding team. Responsibilities of the Alliances Manager: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships for cooling with AI and HPC providers such as Dell, HPE, SuperMicro, Nvidia etc. Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with key stakeholders across Europe. Identify and develop joint value propositions, co-selling opportunities, and integrated solutions offerings to drive mutual business growth. Support the development of regional go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs. Maintain a deep understanding of Data Center cooling technologies, AI workloads and HPC infrastructure trends. Co-organize events, webinars, and campaigns with alliance partners to generate leads and build awareness. Collaborate with the LDCS sales team, sales engineers, and project teams to ensure partner solutions are well-integrated and aligned with client requirements. Requirements of the Alliances Manager: 3+ years of experience in business development, alliance management, or partner sales in the Data Center, AI, or HPC infrastructure space.
