You will define and drive end-to-end test strategy and governance, oversee defect management, and ensure clear exit criteria across transformation programmes. The position requires confidence in working with senior stakeholders and BlackRock teams, with the ability to challenge constructively, drive accountability and maintain delivery momentum. Experience with Aladdin Enterprise is essential, while knowledge of Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) and Aladdin Accounting is highly desirable.
