You''ll be working in a multicultural environment, handling bookings, ticketing, passenger support and detailed reporting. Fluent Mandarin (spoken, read and written) is essential for this role.What you''ll be doing:• Handling reservation calls from passengers and travel trade• Creating bookings, processing changes, issuing and reissuing tickets and EMDs• Managing invoices, payments and strict reporting procedures• Completing daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations• Supporting customers over the phone and face to face• Handling reissues, upgrades, reroutes and group bookings• Liaising with local and overseas teams for the airline clientWhat we''re looking for:• Fluent Mandarin (speak, read, write)• Minimum two years'' airline reservations and ticketing experience• Strong Amadeus skills including fares, e-ticketing and manual fare builds• Excellent communication and customer service abilities• Calm, professional and detail focused• Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook• Strong teamwork and timemanagement skillsWhat you''ll get:37.5 hour week, office based21 ..... full job details .....
