Airline Reservations and Groups Consultant Wanted Do you have experience of working for an airline and looking for a new challenge.Key ResponsibilitiesGroup sales and reservations handlingTaking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partnersGenerating airline bookings, changes, ancillary, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets / EMDs (auto and manual fare build)Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelinesDaily and monthly airlines sales reports and reconciliationDealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc. Taking calls from passengers and dealing with all aspects of customer serviceTaking calls from Travel Agents and Tour operatorsOccasional face to face dealing with passengersExperience:Minimum two years'' experience in an airline reservations roleGDS knowledge preferably SabreKnowledge of fares and ticketing an advantageGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sabre, DDS and eSmashAbility to work under pressureExcellent telephone mannerAbility to work as part of a teamPersonal qualities:Must be customer focused, well presented, and well spokenGood time management and organisational skillsMust be professional whilst under pressureExcellent attention to detailBrilliant telephone mannerAbility to work under pressureFlexibilityPackageUp to £28,000Full time office based roleMonday - Friday working (8 hour shift)Travel benefitsInterested please email or apply ..... full job details .....
