Airfreight Pricing Executive

Airfreight Pricing Executive Prime Placers Ltd are currently recruiting for a client in the Farnborough area, for an experienced Airfreight Pricing specialist who has experience in Imports, Exports and Crosstrade. Strong operational knowledge with commercial acumen is required, with the ability to deliver accurate and competitive pricing solutions to their suppliers. As Airfreight Pricing Executive, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and profitable airfreight quotations and you will work closely with the Sales, Operations and Commercial teams, as well as airlines, overseas agents and other service providers, to develop pricing solutions that meet customer requirements while achieving the company''s commercial objectives. You will manage day-to-day pricing enquiries, support customer tenders and contract negotiations, monitor market rates and ensure that all quotations are issued accurately and within agreed deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in airfreight pricing or freight forwarding, with strong numerical and analytical skills, and a good understanding of airline tariffs, freight costs and profit margin management. The Successful Candidate will have:- Previous experience in airfreight pricing, freight forwarding, shipping or a similar logistics-related commercial role.
