Duties & Responsibilities of the Airfreight Export Operator, may include: Utilising Cargowise Making bookings and gaining rates from airlines. Cutting Airfreight documentation. Arranging collections and deliveries. Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, hauliers. Completing all freight administration. Answering freight queries and enquiries. Tracking and tracing shipments through to its final destination. Checking carrier invoices and passing files through to accounts for invoicing.- This role will suit a candidate who has experience in working in Exports and Airfreight operations with a strong commercial awareness, who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
