Air Freight Operations Coordinator - Solihull - Up to 32,000We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Air Freight Operations Coordinator to join our clients growing operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating import and export air freight shipments from initial booking through to final delivery, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with excellent customer service.The successful candidate will work closely with customers, airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.Location: Solihull, West MidlandsSalary: 26,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)Holiday: 25 days annual leave, plus statutory bank holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate import and export air freight shipments from booking through to final delivery.Prepare and process all required shipping documentation, including:House Air Waybills (HAWBs)Master Air Waybills (MAWBs)Cargo manifestsCustoms documentationAirline documentationArrange bookings with airlines and approved handling agents.Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.Accurately enter and maintain shipment information within the company''s transport management system.Liaise with overseas agents, airlines, hauliers, customs authorities, and warehouse teams to ensure ..... full job details .....
