This role is responsible for coordinating import and export air freight shipments from initial booking through to final delivery, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
