Experienced in freight billing and ready to lead a small team, We''re recruiting a Billing Team Leader to oversee invoicing within a busy Air Freight operation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support 2 Billing ClerksOversee and process customer air freight invoicesReview invoices for accuracy and correct rate applicationAct as escalation point for invoice queriesLiaise with Operations to ensure all charges are capturedOversee bulk invoicing and supplier invoice matchingSupport month-end and year-end closeIdentify and improve billing processesKey Skills:Freight billing experience (Air Freight preferred)Cargowise experience essentialPrevious team leadership/supervisory experience desirableStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with problem-solving abilityAble to work in a fast-paced environmentMonday to Friday 9.00am ..... full job details .....
