Optime Group are proud to be recruiting Cabin Quality Supervisors for a prestigious client at Heathrow Airport. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company offering excellent conditions and facilities.PLEASE NOTE: This role requires a full UK Driving License and at least 3 years residency in the UK.What’s on offer

Working Hours: 8.5 hour shifts between 06:00am - 23:00pmHours per week: 40 hoursRate of pay: £14.83 per hour rising to £16.53 per hour once fully trained.Weekly Pay (every Friday)Temp to Perm (performance related).Start Date

29th September 2025Key responsibilities

Deliver on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues, ensuring excellence in cabin cleaning techniques, adherence to quality standards, and full compliance with cleaning specifications.Support the professional growth of cabin appearance colleagues by identifying and nurturing future supervisors through continuous development and upskilling opportunities.Actively participate as a member of the team, taking part in day-to-day aircraft cleaning tasks to lead by example and maintain high operational standards.Promote and embed an inclusive, welcoming team culture where all colleagues feel valued and supported, particularly when new team members join.Actively contribute to the onboarding process, helping new colleagues feel confident, connected, and well-prepared from day one.Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations, fostering a safe and proactive working environment for all.Undertake additional operational responsibilities as required, supporting the wider team and business objectives with flexibility and professionalism.Shifts

The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off and you will need to be fully flexible with the days and hours you can work. This could be subject to change!The ideal candidate
