As part of our Environmental, Health and Safety function, you will take full responsibility for how safety is delivered across a high-risk aerospace manufacturing environment, driving standards, influencing leaders, and ensuring our people go home safe every day. You will be the link between strategy and operations, turning policy into action, leading a team of specialists, and embedding a culture where safety is non-negotiable.
