This is a field-based role involving travel to residential and commercial sites across the Midlands-and surrounding areas to carry out air permeability (airtightness) testing in accordance with industry standards. The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out air tightness testing on residential and commercial properties, setting up and operating blower door testing equipment, and producing accurate test reports. They will liaise professionally with site managers, contractors and clients while ensuring all testing is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
