About the Role

Join the UK''s largest building compliance team as a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, focusing on domestic dwelling projects in London and nearby regions. Play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations 2021, contributing to energy-efficient, sustainable buildings. This position offers growth opportunities, including progression to Level 2 certification, as well as skills development in thermal imaging, sound testing, and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct air tightness tests on domestic dwellings per regulatory standards.
• Perform site inspections and identify potential air leakage issues.
• Review architectural drawings and offer design recommendations.
• Provide consultancy to enhance air tightness and reduce construction risks.
• Prepare detailed test reports and recommend remedial actions.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to meet air tightness targets efficiently.

Qualifications

• Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Part L of the Building Regulations 2021.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid UK driving licence (travel across London and nearby areas required).
