The ideal candidate will have solid air export experience looking to further develop their export career within a fast-paced international environment.If you have hands-on export operational knowledge and enjoy managing shipments from booking through to departure, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing air export team.Location: StainesPay Rate: 16.41 per hourHours: Monday - Friday standard office hours 37.5Start: Immediate starts availableKey Responsibilities - Air Import Operator Manage end-to-end air import shipments from booking through to final departure Prepare and process import documentation including Air Waybills (AWBs), customs entries, and shipping instructions Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and handling agents to ensure smooth Import movement Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and aviation security standardsMonitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational delaysProvide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate data across internal systemsThe Successful Air Import Operator Will HaveProven experience within air import operations or freight forwarding Strong understanding of air freight documentation and ..... full job details .....
