Prepare and process all necessary documentation for importing goods  via airfreight. Coordinate with customs authorities, custom brokers and other relevant  parties to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of imported  goods, including classification and compliance with import regulations    and duties. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers regarding imported shipments, providing them with shipment status updates,  addressing inquiries and concerns and ensuring high levels of customer  satisfaction. Monitor the movement of imported cargo from the point of origin to its  final destination, tracking shipment statuses and providing regular  updates to clients and stakeholders.
