The Role You''ll be involved in the day-to-day management of air import shipments, coordinating the process from initial documentation through to final delivery, while working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating air import shipments, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently. Preparing and checking import documentation, customs paperwork and relevant shipping records. Handling air waybills (HAWBs and MAWBs) and associated freight documentation. Liaising with customers, airlines, suppliers and haulage companies to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
