We are recruiting for an Import Clerk to join a busy team based in Staines dealing with imports, mainly air and road but some seafreight also. Key ResponsibilitiesManage air import shipments from arrival through to clearance and deliveryPrepare and check import documentation (AWBs, invoices, customs entries)Coordinate customs clearance in line with current regulationsLiaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teamsTrack shipments and resolve any delays or discrepanciesEnsure compliance with customs and CAA requirementsRequirementsPrevious air import or freight forwarding experienceBasic understanding of customs procedures and import documentationStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
