Air Freight Operator (Export-Focused)

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Air Freight Operator to join our growing logistics team. This role is primarily focused on export operations, with a preference for candidates who also have import experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air freight export shipments
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and customers
• Prepare and process all relevant export documentation
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and industry standards
• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients
• Handle bookings, rate negotiations, and billing processes
• Support import operations when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in air freight operations (exports essential)
• Working knowledge of import procedures preferred
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in freight systems and Microsoft Office
