This is an excellent opportunity for an air freight professional who enjoys managing shipments from arrival through to final delivery while ensuring high levels of customer service and operational accuracy. The Opportunity Working within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment, you will oversee import airfreight shipments, liaising with overseas partners, airlines, customs authorities, transport providers and customers to ensure cargo moves efficiently and compliantly. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer focused and confident managing multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Coordinate international air import shipments from pre-alert through to final delivery Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders Arrange customs clearance activities and ensure all import documentation is accurate and compliant Liaise with overseas agents, airlines, haulage providers and warehouse partners to facilitate smooth cargo movement Verify supplier costs and prepare customer invoicing in line with agreed commercial arrangements Resolve operational issues, delays or service disruptions with a proactive ..... full job details .....
