Air Freight Export Operator (Nights)Right Now Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading global freight forwarding business based at London Heathrow, who are looking to appoint an experienced Air Freight Export Operator to join their busy overnight export operation.Working within a fast-paced environment, you''ll be responsible for managing international air export shipments from booking through to departure, ensuring all documentation, customs requirements and airline bookings are completed accurately whilst delivering outstanding customer service.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Export professional looking to join a globally recognised organisation offering stability, career progression and the chance to work within a specialist overnight operation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete air export process from booking through to departure.Complete export customs entries accurately and independently.Prepare and process all export documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, customs paperwork and commercial documentation.Coordinate airline bookings and liaise with handling agents, hauliers and overseas offices.Monitor time-critical shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues.Provide customers with regular shipment updates and maintain excellent service levels.Ensure all shipments comply with HMRC, airline and international export regulations.Maintain accurate operational records and complete all files within agreed timescales.Skills and ..... full job details .....
