Air Freight Coordinator - Exports

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing international freight forwarding and supply chain organisation. As part of a successful Airfreight team, you''ll play a key role in managing export shipments, building customer relationships and delivering high levels of service. You''ll be responsible for coordinating export airfreight shipments from initial booking through to departure. You''ll ensure freight moves smoothly, compliantly and in line with customer requirements, while providing a high level of service throughout the process. Working with customers, airlines, transport providers and overseas agents, you''ll use systems such as CargoWise, Pathway and WebCargo to manage shipments, produce quotations and maintain accurate operational records. Responsibilities Coordinate export airfreight shipments from booking through to final departure. Arrange collections, airline bookings and export customs requirements. Prepare and check export documentation, including HAWBs, MAWBs and pre-alerts. Monitor shipment progress, manage airline cut-off times and resolve any operational issues. Keep CargoWise records updated to ensure accurate tracking and visibility. Produce and follow up on airfreight quotations using WebCargo.
