Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Air Freight Coordinator to join a well-established logistics company in Sunbury. The successful candidates will manage the importation process of air freight shipments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage air freight import/export shipments from origin to final destination.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
• Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address any issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in air export operations is essential.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
