Air Freight Co-ordinator Initial 12-month contract, likely to convert to permanent Role based in Feltham£30,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Freight Co-ordinator to join a busy operations team based in Feltham.This role is ideal for someone with solid air freight/export experience who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys liaising with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth and on-time movement of goods.Shift Pattern:Week 1 - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmWeek 2 - Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 4pm The RoleYou will be responsible for preparing export documentation and coordinating air freight operations in line with internal procedures and carrier requirements.Key responsibilities include:Preparing export documentation including MAWB, commercial invoices and postal documentationLiaising with airlines and General Sales Agents regarding flight capacity, space bookings and equipmentMonitoring flight schedules and capacityRequesting and confirming uplift with airlinesResolving air transport related queriesMaintaining internal export schedules and issuing warehouse processing instructionsMonitoring KPIs and maintaining performance reportsCommunicating delays clearly to internal teamsSupporting the Linehaul SupervisorEnsuring on-time uplift and maintaining carrier capacity based on operational demandUpdating transport reports and escalating issues where requiredRequirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience in air freight/export ..... full job details .....
