The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end air freight export process, ensuring that shipments are handled smoothly, compliantly, and to the highest customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling air export operations from start to finish

• Preparing and completing customs entries

• Liaising with airlines, customers, and overseas partners

• Ensuring all shipments are compliant with regulations and deadlines

• Preparing export documentation and arranging collections/deliveries

• Maintaining accurate records and providing updates to clients

About You:
We''re looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years'' experience in air freight export operations

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and entries

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage the full operational process independently

• Dangerous goods experience/certification (advantageous but not essential)
